Matusalem Rum Aging Facility
Scope: Engineering, supply and installation of 5,000M2 pre-engineered steel building to serve as rum aging facility. Customer: Alza Investments, LLC. Date: 2014.
Design and construction of access roads leading from the current Juan Pablo II highway to the site of the plant as well as a medium voltage power line, 12.5Kv. Design and construction of water supply system, including well and wastewater treatments.
